CPR Rancho Cucamonga
Terms of service
These terms apply when you book a class with CPR Rancho Cucamonga. A seat is reserved once your booking is confirmed and paid. Your AHA eCard or Red Cross certificate is issued by that organization after you pass the course. Arrive 10 minutes early with a photo ID, and reschedule free before your class time.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and CPR Rancho Cucamonga, the in-person CPR and first aid training classroom in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Booking a class
A seat is reserved when your booking is confirmed and paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your course, date, time and location. If anything in it looks wrong, reply to the email or contact us and we will fix it.
Certification
CPR Rancho Cucamonga teaches American Heart Association courses as an AHA Training Site and American Red Cross courses as a Red Cross Training Provider. Certification cards are issued by those organizations after you successfully complete the course, AHA eCards by email from ecards@heart.org and Red Cross certificates from the American Red Cross. Passing the course is required; showing up alone does not guarantee a card.
Arriving and participating
Please arrive 10 minutes early with a photo ID. CPR training is physical: you will practice compressions on the floor, so wear comfortable clothes. If a medical condition limits your participation, tell the instructor before class and we will accommodate where the certifying organization's requirements allow.
Rescheduling
Plans change. You can reschedule to another available class at no charge by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us before your class time. The refund policy covers refunds, late arrivals and retests.
Prices and promotions
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional codes apply only where offered, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.
Liability
Training involves physical activity undertaken at your own risk. To the extent permitted by California law, CPR Rancho Cucamonga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
