CPR Rancho Cucamonga

Refund policy

At CPR Rancho Cucamonga you can reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice, and once more inside 24 hours. Ask more than 48 hours before class for a full refund; inside 48 hours you get a 90-day credit instead. A no-show forfeits the seat, and a failed skills test gets one free retest within 30 days.

Reschedule free with 24 hours notice

If your date no longer works, tell us at least 24 hours before your class start time and we will move you to any other available class at no charge. Reply to your confirmation email or contact us. There is no limit on how far out you move it, and there is no fee.

Inside 24 hours we will still move you once at no charge, because life happens. Any move after that first one is $25, which covers the seat we held and could not resell.

Refunds up to 48 hours before class

Ask for a refund more than 48 hours before your class start time and you get the full amount back to the card you paid with, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Inside 48 hours we cannot refund the seat, because it is too late to fill it. We will issue you a credit for the full amount instead, good for any class within 90 days. Rescheduling is always free at that point, so most people just move their date.

Employer acceptance guarantee

If your employer or school won't accept the AHA card from your class, we'll refund your class fee in full. Email support@cprranchocucamonga.com a copy of their written notice within 30 days of your class date. The guarantee covers AHA classes taken at CPR Rancho Cucamonga.

If you miss class without telling us

A no call, no show forfeits the seat and is not refundable. We hold a spot, print your materials, and staff the room whether or not you walk in, and that cost is already spent by the time class starts.

We would still rather train you than lose you. Contact us within 30 days and we will re-seat you in another class for half the original price, one time. After 30 days a new booking is required.

Arriving late

The American Heart Association requires full attendance for certification, so we cannot certify someone who missed part of the course. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time is treated as a no show under the section above. If you are running late, contact us before class starts and we will tell you honestly whether you can still be certified that day.

If you do not pass the skills test

You get one free retest within 30 days. Bring nothing, pay nothing, just book a time with us. Not passing on the first try is normal and it is not grounds for a refund, since the course was delivered.

Online and self-paced courses

Online course purchases are delivered by email. Once a course link has been issued and accessed it cannot be refunded, because the certifying organization charges us the moment it is delivered. If you bought the wrong course, contact us before starting it and we will swap it for the right one.

Group and on-site training

Group bookings are scheduled around your date, so the terms are different. Cancel more than 7 days out and you get a full refund. Inside 7 days we bill 50 percent, because the instructor and the date were held for you. Headcount can change up to 48 hours before with no penalty.

Before you dispute a charge

If something went wrong, contact us first. We answer the phone and we have never refused to talk through a problem.

Filing a card dispute instead does not get you a faster resolution. We keep the booking record, the timestamped confirmation, and the terms you agreed to at checkout, and we respond to disputes with those documents. Talking to us is quicker for everyone.
