If your unit asks for an American Heart Association ACLS Provider card, yes. This is the AHA ACLS Provider course, and the eCard is issued the same day you pass. We are not affiliated with Kaiser Permanente, so your manager or education department has the final word on which card you need.
Yes. Pass the megacode and the written exam and your AHA ACLS Provider eCard is issued the same day. It is valid for 2 years.
ACLS assumes current BLS skills, and many employers want both cards on file. If your BLS card is expired or about to expire, take the ACLS and BLS class instead and leave with both.
No. AHA ACLS includes a hands-on skills test with an instructor. A certificate with no in-person skills check is not an AHA ACLS card, and employers can refuse it.
Move your class free with at least 24 hours notice, and get a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before class. If you do not pass the skills test, you get one free retest within 30 days. And if your employer does not accept the card, you get your money back.
