FAQ

PALS and BLS questions

Do I get two cards?

Yes. An AHA BLS Provider eCard and an AHA PALS Provider eCard, each valid for 2 years and both issued the same day.

Where is the PALS and BLS class held in Rancho Cucamonga?

At our classroom at 10788 Civic Center Dr., #240 in Rancho Cucamonga. Directions and a map are on the location page, and PALS and BLS class dates are on the booking calendar.

I am a Chaffey College vocational nursing student. Do I need PALS?

Your program asks for the AHA BLS card, which this class includes. PALS is a separate card that some pediatric employers ask for. We are not affiliated with Chaffey College, so your program packet has the final word.

My BLS card is current. Which class should I take?

The PALS Provider course on its own. This pairing is for people who need both cards.

Do I need ACLS as well?

Only if your job asks for it. If it does, ACLS, PALS and BLS covers all three cards on the same class day.

What if I need to change my class date?

Move your class free with at least 24 hours notice, and get a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before class. If you do not pass the skills test, you get one free retest within 30 days. And if your employer does not accept the card, you get your money back.
